Reservation Policy

There is a four night minimum stay for all holiday periods.

Children under 12 years of age stay free with parents (if no extra bed is required)

Children above 12 will be considered as an extra adult.

No smoking allowed

No pets allowed
Unfortunately we do not allow pets due to the allergies of some of our guests.
We understand that pets are beloved family members and that this may be an inconvenience for some, but we need to ensure that all our guests can enjoy their stay.

No party's allowed

Additional fees will apply if there is damage found in the cottage upon check out
